1. Who will be playing with me, or on my account?

Every player on our boosting roster for Dota 2 is in the above 6700 MMR. We also have boosters for the and Asian servers including China.

2. Do you guys play party with us or play on our accounts?

We provide both services, if you would like to play with a booster, you can opt to purchase our mmr rating party boost or solo mmr service from this page. We will get a professional booster to play with you when you make any party order.

3. What kind of win rate guarantee or refund policy do you have?

We currently have a 70% win rate guarantee for all calibration orders (full refund if we fail to achieve this). As for refunds, We will refund any order that we fail to complete. This is ironclad, and you can read more about it in our terms of service.

4. How long will my boost take?

We can complete anything from within 100-200 MMR in a single day. Calibration games can be finished within 1 day max. As for party, it depends on your availability and how long you're able to play each day.

5. After I have made a purchase, what's going to happen?

You will gain access to our member's area where you can monitor and make changes to any of your boosting orders. Click here to take a look at our demo to get a better idea of what to expect.

6. Can I choose what heroes I want you guys to play during my boost?

Yes, you can. We have a very extensive customer area where you can control almost every aspect of your boosting order. You can pause/resume your order, choose heroes for us to play, leave notes for us, talk to your booster, and ban/select specific boosters working on your orders.

7. What if I don't like my booster?

You can choose to "ban" him from your current and future orders, and we'll keep going until we find someone you like. Additionally, you can assign boosters that you like to each of your future orders using this feature.

8. Will my account get banned?

At the present moment, none of our customers have gotten banned. Our boosters are legitimate players who are above 6700 MMR. If you'd like to be extra cautious, you can purchase our party boosting service, where you're simply hiring one of our pro boosters to act as a party partner for you.

9. Will the booster spend my steam credits or open treasures on my account?

Absolutely not. They are well trained and are strictly instructed to never do anything on your account without your permission (except playing and winning games).

10. Can I spectate the games being played on my account?

Absolutely, just make sure you select the "Streaming" option when you are about to purchase. This way, we will know to assign you a booster who's able to setup a private live broadcast for you before he starts playing.

11. Do you guys boost to the leaderboards?

Yes, we do. We offer a guaranteed leaderboards boosting service. We will secure you a spot on the leardersboards, and you can learn more about this service over here.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
